Training Regime Heightens For First Friendly

Nine members of the squad made it to the penultimate training session, yesterday, of Spangels FC prior to the big kick-off (well, the first friendly) on 7th August.

Worryingly a cricket bat also appeared, inspired by Englands poor performance against the Aussie's at Lords'. Needless to say Fudge's batting and everyone elses bowling will leave Vaughan-et-al in a job for a little while.

Duncan's rugby training techniques are proving grueling for all, especially on the arms! (we're footballers for Christ sake!)
