Confirmed friendlies are as follows;

Sunday 7th August - AFC Foxco (A) - 2pm KO
Sunday 14th August - Casuals (N) - 10.30am KO
Sunday 21st August - Rayne (A) - 10.30am KO

Spangels FC were reformed in 2005 by former members of Casuals Reserves. The original Spangels FC played in the BNESL for two seasons in 1994/1995 and 1995/1996 before becoming the then Angel Casuals Reserves. Many of the current squad members were part of the original Spangels squad, although they are destinctly wrinklier these days! Spangels won the 2006 Braintree & North Essex Sunday League Division Three Cup.
